Eric Linklater established Edinburgh Property Letting in order to bring a bespoke service to the Edinburgh letting property market place. Whilst we make no bones about the fact that we act on behalf of the owner/landlord in the first instance, we endeavour to ensure that the tenant is fully briefed on his/her obligations and rights as a tenant. We issue leases in 6 monthly increments only, so every party has a chance to observe the performance of the parties involved and ensure that you have made the right choice as far as location.

Edinburgh Property Letting only uses approved Edinburgh Council leases. We ensure that the lease is explained in detail to our tenants and you are aware of your rights all the way during your tenancy.
